PerkinElmer Board Declares Quarterly Dividend
WALTHAM, Mass., Jan 28, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) --The Board of Directors of PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), meeting on January 28, 2009, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable on May 8, 2009, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on April 17, 2009.
