PerkinElmer,
Inc. (NYSE: PKI), a global leader focused on improving the
health and safety of people and the environment, today announced the
appointment of Jon DiVincenzo as President, Environmental Health and
Senior Vice President of PerkinElmer. In this role, Mr. DiVincenzo will
have overall leadership responsibility for the Environmental Health
business. With revenues of more than $1 billion, the Company's
Environmental Health business focuses primarily on helping customers
ensure safer food and a cleaner environment.
Mr. DiVincenzo will assume his new role on December 2, 2013 and report
to Robert F. Friel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Maurice
"Dusty" Tenney who has led the Environmental Health business for four
years will assume a newly created position overseeing global operations
and customer logistics for the Corporation.

Prior to joining PerkinElmer, Mr. DiVincenzo served as the President and
Chief Executive Officer of Enzymatics, a leading provider of molecular
biology reagents. Before that, he worked at Millipore for 18 years where
he last served as President of the Bioscience division and also led that
company's Lab Water business, one of Millipore's fastest growing
businesses.
Mr. DiVincenzo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Northeastern University where he currently serves on
the College of Engineering'sAdvisory Council. He is a member of the
Corporate Executive Board for Innovation and former member of the Board
of Directors of the Analytical Life Sciences & Diagnostics Association
(ALDA).
